We all want a healthy and young look on our face, but this will not happen only with skin care and makeup. To reduce unwanted fats, fine lines, puffy or sunken eyes and wrinkles from your face, try some easy face yoga and exercises.

Fish Face

  • First of all, sit in a comfortable position on the mat.
  • You can sit in Sukhasana or Padmasana.
  • Now shrink your lips and cheeks inwards, i.e. give your face the shape of fish lips.
  • The lips should be shaped like a fish. Hold for about 30 seconds and then return to normal state.
  • Do this 3-5 times in the beginning. You can increase it a little later.

kissing high

  • Sit in Sukhasana or you can do it standing also.
  • Slowly move the head backwards.
  • The mouth should be facing upwards towards the ceiling.
  • Now make a kissing shape with your lips. It should look like you are kissing towards the ceiling.
  • Stay in this position for 5-7 seconds.
  • Then relax. Repeat 5-7 times in the beginning.
  • Increase it later.

kissing strait

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Keeping your breathing normal, bend your head back and kiss upwards first.
  • Then relax. Now exhale and kiss the front.
  • Relax and then repeat the same process.

  • Sit in a comfortable position
  • Slowly move the neck backwards.
  • Your face should be towards the ceiling.
  • Look at the ceiling and make an O shape with your lips.
  • Stay in this position for a few seconds and then relax.
  • Do it 5-7 times in the beginning. Increase it later.

Lion Pose

  • Sit in a comfortable position
  • Take a deep breath.
  • Now while exhaling, open your mouth as much as possible and take out your tongue as well.
  • Stretch the tongue as much as possible.
  • Along with this, also make a sound like the roar of a lion.
  • This will stretch the facial muscles and they will become toned.
  • Stay in this position for some time and then relax.
  • Do this 2-4 times.

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Move your neck backwards and look towards the ceiling.
  • Now bring the lips into pout shape.
  • Remain in this position for some time, then relax.
  • You can do it another way – pout by puffing out your cheeks.
  • Move air in and out through your cheeks.
  • Do this 5-7 times and then relax.

Blow Air

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Now fill your mouth with air.
  • Move your head back and look towards the ceiling.
  • Stay still and slowly release the air in your mouth.
  • Repeat this process 5-7 times.

Air Flow

  • Sit in a comfortable position.
  • Fill your mouth with air.
  • Close your lips and transfer the air from one cheek to the other.
  • First inflate one cheek, then move the air towards the other cheek and inflate the other cheek.
  • Keep doing this for a few seconds and then release the air slowly.

Mouth Wash

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Fill your mouth with air and then make the same movement as you do while gargling.
  • Here instead of water there will be air in your mouth.
  • Relax after doing it for some time.
  • Repeat this 3-5 times.

Tongue Twister

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Open your mouth and place your tongue on the upper palate.
  • Now place the tongue on the palate with pressure.
  • You will feel a stretch. The more you stretch your tongue and stick it to the palate, the more benefit you will get because this will stretch the facial muscles and they will be toned.
  • Come back to normal after some time.
  • Do this action 2-3 times.

Balloon Pose

  • Sit in a comfortable position.
  • Fill your cheeks with air and inflate them like a balloon.
  • Tighten your lips as much as you can.
  • Now tap your cheeks with your hands for 30 seconds.
  • Relax and repeat this 2-3 times.

Neckline

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Place the fingers of both hands on the lowest part of the neck and move the head backwards.
  • While moving the head back, slightly pull the skin of the neck downwards with your fingers.
  • Get back to normal.
  • Repeat this twice.

Lip Twist

  • Sit in a comfortable position.
  • Keep your face straight.
  • Pull your lower lip outward as much as possible.
  • Try to pull your lips outward as much as you feel pressure on your chin.
  • Place your fingers on the collar bone. Move your head backwards.
  • Pull your chin upwards. Take 4 deep breaths and return to normal position.
  • Do this 2-3 times.

C Shape

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Keeping your face relaxed, make a C shape around your eyes with your fingers.
  • Try to open your eyes as wide as possible.
  • Remain in this position for a few seconds.
  • Repeat this process 2-3 times.

Cheeky Lip

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • The body should be straight.
  • Breathing is normal.
  • Pull the cheeks and lips inward.
  • Remain in this position for a few seconds.
  • Repeat this 5-7 times.

Noble Role

  • Sit in a comfortable position.
  • Keep your back, neck and face straight.
  • First rotate your neck clockwise and then anticlockwise the same number of times.
  • Relax a little and repeat this 2-3 times.

Broad Smile

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Now give as broad a smile as possible.
  • After this, place the index fingers of both the hands on the cheeks.
  • Now with the help of fingers, lift your cheeks upwards towards your eyes.
  • Remain in this position for a few seconds, then relax.
  • Repeat this process 2-3 times.

o invert

  • Sit in Sukhasana.
  • Make an inward O shape by covering your teeth with your lips.
  • Try to smile as much as possible in this position. Stay in this position for some time, then relax.
  • Repeat this process 4-5 times.

Eye Focus

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Place the index fingers of both hands under both eyes.
  • Covering your teeth with your lips, move both your lips inwards and away from each other. As if making an inward O.
  • Now, without moving your head and neck, try to look up towards the ceiling with your eyes.
  • Remain in this position for a few seconds.
  • After relaxing, do it 2-3 times.

Forehead

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Keep your face straight.
  • Place the four fingers of both hands on the forehead between the eyebrows and hairline.
  • Massage outwards applying slight pressure.
  • Relax and repeat this 5-7 times.

Jaw Line

  • Sit comfortably.
  • Now smile and place the index finger on the chin.
  • Tilt your head back slightly and move your jaw up and down.
  • Relax.
  • Do this process 2-3 times.
