Toned Cheeks

  • Fill your mouth with air.
  • Close your lips and transfer air from one cheek to the other. That is, first inflate one cheek, then move the air towards the other cheek and inflate the other cheek.
  • Do it for 30 seconds.

Fish Shape

  • Give your face the shape of a fish.
  • For this, shrink your cheeks inwards.
  • The lips should be shaped like that of a fish.
  • Remain in this position for some time.
  • Do this at least 5-7 times.

Chick Cheeks

– Fill your cheeks with air and inflate them.

– Tighten your lips as much as you can.

  • Relax. Repeat this 3-5 times.

  • Pull the cheeks and lips inward.
  • Remain in this position for a few seconds.
  • Repeat this process 10-12 times.

Blow Air

  • Bend your neck backwards.
  • Stretch your lips outwards and blow air out from your mouth.
  • Wait for a few seconds then relax.
  • Do this 10-12 times.

  • Place your thumb below the jawline and lightly pinch the upper part of the jawline with your fingers and pull it towards the outer ear.
